Gunners forward Viktor Gyokeres has been omitted from Graham Potter's initial Swedish national team selection, whereas Reds striker Alexander Isak secured inclusion
Gyokeres is due to undergo further examinations this week following fears he sustained a hamstring injury in Arsenal's English top flight win against Burnley last weekend
The 27-year-old was absent from Arsenal' European win against Slavia Prague earlier this week
Alexander Isak Returns
Isak, who has been sidelined from late October because of a groin injury, made the squad to play in the World Cup fixtures against the Swiss team (November 15th) and Slovenia (November 18th)

- Tottenham midfielder the young talent, working his way back from a head injury
- Newcastle winger Anthony Elanga
Both athletes are among the England-based contingent named under ex- Brighton, Chelsea and West Ham boss the new Swedish coach
Potter's Appointment
The English manager was appointed the Swedish federation first temporarily on 20 October, less than a month following leaving from the Hammers
Previous coach the Danish coach was fired following the national team's setback against Kosovo in mid-October, a result which rendered direct progression in Group B unattainable

The Swedish team find themselves last place of Group B with only one point in four matches
Should they don't manage to claim the runner-up spot, they could still be involved in the qualification playoffs due to thanks to their showing during the previous UEFA competition
